This workship will be held at Congregation Beth Evergreen, 2981 Bergen Peak Dr. Evergreen, CO 80439. You will see the Life Care Center of Evergreen; they share the same driveway. Continue on that driveway; the synagogue is behind it.

Please, bring one or two pillows so when we lie on the floor to practice the breath I teach, you can be comfortable. There is carpet; you may want to bring a blanket or mat to lie on as well. Bring a notebook and pen so you can take notes. We will have a potluck lunch, so bring a dish you want to share. There is a kitchen if you want to heat something.

You can pay at the door with cash, Venmo, or Zelle. Try to make it a bit before 10 am so that you can get settled before we start. The workshop will go until 4 pm.
