Mindful Yoga, 4-week Session Mondays, Nov 13 – Dec 4, 2023
Become more intimate with your breath and body. This class weaves slow-flow Vinyasa and static Hatha Yoga poses with breath, alignment and mindfulness. Modifications to meet specific needs are encouraged. All levels of experience are welcome.
Hybrid: In-Studio in Kings Valley, Conifer, CO Studio for up to 8 students and concurrently over Zoom for an unlimited number of students.
Pre-registration below is required to assure adequate space in studio. Zoom link will also be sent upon registration.
