Community Steam and Sound Journey
Join us April 25th, at the Bright Center from 6-7:30 pm for a light introduction into Yoni Steaming for health, followed by a community steam!
You can stop in to learn the herstory, gain herbal wisdom, make your own steam and head home to steam alone OR stay for an enriching experience accompanied with a sound journey & meditation.
If you are choosing to steam and dream, please come prepared with:
-2 large towels
-A glass or ceramic bowl larger than a soup bowl but not as big as a medium sized mixing bowl.
-Journal
-Any alter items you desire to charge or release with this experience
-A wool blanket
-Dress or long flowing (ankle length) skirt.
-Water bottle / cup for tea
We will steam for a total of 25min.
