Activation and Breathwork Meditation Event
Join certified Dru Yoga instructor Teri Fox for a guided meditation experience. We’ll start by setting an intention, gently warming up, and then settling into a comfortable seated position for a 30-minute meditation. Afterward, there’s time to journal if you would like. Bring a journe, pen, water, and any props for comfort-studio props are available too.
