Beyond Midlife with Cynde Denson

This workshop is for those in the second half of life who find themselves in the inquiry of “what’s next”. While we cannot deny the reality of physical change, the years past mid-life can offer newfound freedom and aliveness. Through group process, sharing, journaling, guided meditation, and mindful movement, we will explore the opportunity presented by aging consciously and joyfully.
