Virtual Networking – Why Every Mile Matters, Speaker Gene Gurkoff

Join us virtually to network with our members and guests on May 16th 8:30am via Zoom. Our speaker is  Gene Gurkoff Founder of Charity Miles.

Gene is purpose-driven founder that helps charities and companies activate supporters and engage employees to create passionate and impactful teams and communities. His father taught him that charity isn’t just about donating money; it’s about how you walk through life.

Charity Miles lets you turn a mountain hike or bike ride into a fundraiser for good. Just choose a charity and get moving. The app tracks your movement. For every mile you log, you help to earn money for your chosen charity.

The meeting format

We begin promptly at the designated start time, so please arrive a little early to visit and get settled in. Announcements will be given at the beginning of each meeting by the meeting leader. Please provide an announcement to the meeting leader in advance if you have anything you would like us to include in the announcements. Each attendee will be given an opportunity to share a 30-second introduction about you and your business. Please be respectful of others by keeping your introduction short. Then we will hear from the speaker or presenter for the event. There will be time for open networking after the speaker at our In-person events.
