Great Futures Gala
On April 27th, from 5:00 – 8:00, Boys & Girls Clubs of the High Rockies will be hosting the first ever Great Futures Gala at the impressive Lone Rock Retreat in Bailey.
This event will feature elevated heavy appetizers, beer, wine, and to hear from our Youth of the Year, Colin Byrne. Due to the intimate atmosphere of Lone Rock, we are anticipating 75 guests to participate in the Gala.
The Great Futures Gala will raise funds to support the Club’s summer program. Our summer program is open all day Monday through Friday, and provides fun opportunities for youth to stay engaged over the summer. Club Members, ages 5 – 14, participate in enriching day-camp activities such as art, sports, hiking, and STEM projects. Plus, we take Members on weekly field trips and go swimming at the local pool. What makes us unique is the affordability of the program for local families. In 2023, 58% of Club Members qualified for a scholarship and paid nothing for our programs. The families who don’t qualify for a scholarship, only pay $210 for the entire summer, compared to other summer programs that charge $250 per week.
We hope you consider supporting the Club by becoming an event sponsor. We are offering three sponsorship opportunities, with the proceeds going to cover the cost of the event and support our summer program.
● Club Investor – For a sponsorship of $500, you will receive two tickets to the event, be able to provide your business information at the event, and be listed as an event sponsor in our May Newsletter
● Youth Champion – For a sponsorship of $1,000, you will receive the benefits from Club Investor, and receive an additional two tickets (four tickets total), and place your banner at Lone Rock Retreat for the event (sponsor must provide the banner prior to the event)
● Great Futures Sponsor – For a sponsorship of $2,500, you will receive the benefits from Club Investor and Youth Champion, and receive an additional two tickets (six tickets total), have your logo included on our summer tie-dye shirt for Club Members and receive a special gift created by Club Members
