Shannon, owner of The GUHT Program, helps individuals eliminate irritable bowel syndrome, increase their energy, and naturally lose weight. For 15 years, she worked as a Physician Assistant, a role that, while fulfilling, brought its own set of challenges. She knows what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by stress, struggle with weight issues, and suffer from the debilitating effects of IBS. Like many of you, she was tired of feeling tired, constantly battling with symptoms, and not recognizing herself in the mirror. With a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and Exercise Physiology and as a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, she brings a unique blend of medical knowledge. Her journey in this field is not just professional; it’s deeply personal.
