Mindfulness Walks in 2023
Join our member Kathy McCrary, Gentle Emergence for an opportunity to Reset, Regenerate and Recharge during a beautiful hike.
There are so many amazing benefits to slowing down. Slowing down helps us to tap into our creativity. It helps us become more clear on what is meaningful and purposeful.
Slowing down and connecting to our breath and the natural world helps us to re-center and recalibrate. It helps us to align mentally and emotionally so we are better prepared to take on our day; our week; our month.
So join us once a month for a hike/walk that will incorporate breathing; mindfulness and energetic exercises as well as opportunities to share and connect with each other.
These hikes will be on the 2nd Sunday of each month: Below are the proposed dates:
January 8th
February 12th — This months theme is relationships and there is no more important reltationship than the one we have with ourselves. So join us as we walk and connect to our heart and open ourselve to Compassion, Gratitute and Joy with ourselves and the world around us.
April 9th
May 14th
