Pumpkin Patch and Sponsorship Opportunity

On October 14th, 2023 from 10:00 – 2:00, Deer Creek Secure Self Storage (DCSSS) will be hosting a Pumpkin
Patch and Silent Auction benefiting Boys & Girls Clubs of the High Rockies. This event will feature a pumpkin
patch, fall photo booth, face painting, bouncy house obstacle course with a slide, a fire truck, food vendors, and
more! Based on the attendance from our event last year, we anticipate 100-200 families to participate in this
event. 100% of the funds raised from the silent auction and pumpkin patch festivities will be donated to the Boys
& Girls Clubs of the High Rockies, and Deer Creek Secure Self Storage has graciously committed to match the first
$1,000 raised.

We hope you consider supporting our event by donating an item to the silent auction, or by becoming a sponsor
for the event. We are happy to accept gift certificates, merchandise, or services for the silent auction. In exchange you will
receive community exposure and advertising. Your company name, address, phone number, and donation will be
listed in the digital auction brochure that we will distribute before the event, as well as displayed with item at the
silent auction.

We are offering four sponsorship opportunities, with the proceeds going to cover the cost of the event and
support the Boys & Girls Club.
● Bronze – For a sponsorship of $100, you will be able to include your business information at the
information/check-in table at the event and be listed as an event sponsor in our newsletter
● Silver – For a sponsorship of $250, you will receive the benefits from bronze, and be able to place a
banner at Deer Creek Secure Self Storage for the event (sponsor must provide the banner prior to event)
● Gold – For a sponsorship of $500, you will receive the benefits from bronze and silver, and a special thank
you from the Boys & Girls Club Facebook page
● Platinum – For a sponsorship of $1,000, you will receive the benefits from bronze, silver, and gold, and
listed as a sponsor on the Facebook event and receive a special gift created by club members
