Join us for a Sip and Swim and Ai Chi Class. Ai (meaning “love”) Chi (“breath/essence/ being”) is an aquatic mind-body therapy that combines Tai-Chi and Qi Gong concepts with Watsu techniques and is performed standing in shoulder-depth warm water using a combination of deep breathing and slow, broad movements of the arms, legs, and torso.
Courtney Kline, Founder of Swim4Life, Competitive Swimmer, Technical Swim Coach and Aquatic Therapist is opening her Evergreen state of the art facility (water temperature at 92-92 degrees!) for us to enjoy.
