Vitalist Practices
This workshop will focus on vitalist practices which we can easily incorporate into our daily routines. Some of these practices include grounding, nature walks, and hydrotherapy. Many of them have been used for centuries in order to increase (or maintain) health and well being.
In this active workshop, we will have fun learning the different practices by doing. Be ready to take off your shoes, connect with nature, laugh, breath and feel alive!
