Winter Solstice Celebration

 Winter Solstice celebration at Politas Place

We will begin the evening with a Mini Sound Bath, presented by Meg Munster, from Mile High Mindfulness. A Sound Bath is an auditory meditative experience and the goal is deep relaxation. All you need to do is lay down, or sit, and enjoy the sounds around you. After, Adrianne, from Ascend Hypnotherapy, will lead us through a guided meditation preparing us for Paula’s, Herbalist & Reiki Master, activity involving reflection, releasing, and setting intentions. We will then have the opportunity to sit with any or all of the readers. Ashlie, Diane, Adrianne and Dr Heidi will be there to offer a variety of readings. We will finish the event with another relaxing Mini Sound Bath giving us time and space to absorb all the information we just received.

Tea and cider will be provided! Each participant will be given a candle to light and carry with them as part of the celebration.
